Reduced the Golden Gate University campus by 20% by realigning space use with annual budgeting as part of a Campus Optimization Plan developed jointly with the university executive team.

Spearheaded the data management and analytical framework for the Hawaii Department of Education’s Facilities Inspection Tool project across 295 sites located on seven islands.
