The University of Maryland re-evaluated their office facilities with the aim of creating a space-optimization plan to improve efficiencies, modernize office management policies, and implement a space reduction strategy. I assisted by developing stakeholder engagement tools to help conduct self-assessments, and guide policy formulation. This led me to programmatic and operational analytics to identify patterns which enabled the development of different office scenarios. These scenarios served as key pieces in stakeholder buy-in and led the transition into the next implementation phase.
