Assisted in the research, data analytics, and content production for OUSD's 2020 Facility Master Plan, framing the investment of over $1.2 billion aimed at improving student experience, equitable learning outcomes, and effective, sustainable district operations. Pursuant to this plan, the district decided to stop leasing office space for its administrative staff in order to develop a long-term sustainable strategy for a new office to be located on an old school site. My work consisted of conducting research, analytics, and stakeholder meetings to help advance the development of future central office scenarios, developing and leveraging hybrid work policies and technologies to inform the construction and design team, as well as develop a future operational framework. To ensure a successful strategy and implementation of a hybrid central office, I developed engagement tools for managers to evaluate their team's operations and best predict their future needs. Scheduling softwares were researched and I created mock trials and informational sessions (1 & 2) to empower the OUSD stakeholders with the resources they need to ideate and successfully employ a dynamic workplace which is forward thinking and delivers quality community services.
