Guided data management, scrubbing, and analytical research to publish a web-based tool that incorporates information from site observations and input from employees on workspace standards to support to city's goals for facility and service delivery improvements as well as an office optimization plan. Developed a space program capturing current city conditions, as well as two hypothetical scenarios to reflect standards and further optimization opportunities.
In addition to facilities' spatial data and employee data captured and used for scenario modeling, stakeholder engagement sessions were designed and hosted to better understand city operations and departmental relationships. Dynamic softwares such as Tableau and Gephi were leveraged to develop data visualizations which helped structure a narrative with the client and arrive to an office optimization strategy.
